Welcome Desk You will find the Welcome Desk in the Hall of the Boscolo Plaza Hotel.
Registration will be open from 15:30 on Sunday, October 22nd and from 8:00 on Monday, October 23rd.
All participants are kindly invited to register in order to get their badge, programme and wireless access password.

Meeting room

The different meetings rooms are inside the Boscolo Plaza Hotel.
All sessions will be sign-posted.

All meeting rooms will be equipped with:
- video beamer
- wireless Internet access
- paper board
- pad, pen and water

Wireless Internet Access  The participants needing an Internet access will receive their login and password at the Welcome desk.
(There will be no wireless access in the bedrooms.)

Coffee Breaks All coffee breaks (for all sessions) will be served in the Rotonde Hall
Morning : 10:30-11:00
Afternoon : 15:30-16:00
Lunch Breaks Buffet lunches will be served at the restaurant “Bellet” of the Boscolo Plaza Hotel from 12:30 to 14:00.

Evening programmes All participants and accompanying guests are cordially invited to attend Sunday and Monday dinners.

Welcome Drink on Sunday, October 22nd, 2006 - 19:00
A drink will be served at the PlazArt Bar in the Boscolo Plaza Hotel (near the Rotonde Hall)
Welcome Dinner on Sunday, October 22nd, 2006 – 20:00
Will be served at the restaurant “Bellet” of the Boscolo Plaza Hotel
Gala Dinner

On Monday, October 23rd, 2006 – 19:30
Will take place at the Westminster Hotel, 27 promenade des Anglais, Nice. Proper dress required.
As the Westminster is a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Boscolo Plaza Hotel, no transfer is organized.

You will have an enjoyable walk on the “Promenade des Anglais” ...before and after dinner…

Cor Baayen Award 2006

The Cor Baayen Award has been won by Mr. Oliver Heckmann.
Oliver will make a short presentation of his work before the Gala Dinner.
